Our Team
Tony Clarke
Tony, started his career in Ireland as an apprentice in the tooling industry serving the automotive and aerospace sectors. He advanced to technical sales, frequently traveling to the UK and USA, and later moved to larger international organisations in the UK, where he held senior roles managing extensive teams. Before co-founding CC Limited with his wife, Tony led multi-million-pound projects in automation, robotics, and software, overseeing multifaceted teams in operations and sales. At CC, he also offers fractional CEO solutions for a technical startup in the drinks sector.
Mickey Clarke
Mickey’s global career in technical sales and marketing began at age 18, working across industries such as packaging, plastics, and steel. Fluent in Italian, she held senior roles, including VP of Sales for North America and Head of Marketing for a Tier 1 automotive supplier. In 2013, she co-founded CC Limited, where she has successfully closed funding rounds and scaled university and technical companies. Mickey also serves as a fractional executive, including interim CEO, developing go-to-market strategies and driving business growth.
Emma Fletcher
Emma has a strong background in operations and customer services within the food and beverage industry, advancing into sales and marketing. She doubled turnover within 18 months, showing her passion for marketing and strategic ROI. With expertise in managing budgets and B2B/B2C campaigns. Since 2016, Emma has worked with CC to support start-ups and scale-ups, focusing on strategic growth and operations including acting as a fractional COO for a sports software business, enhancing processes for early-stage development.
Pete Phizacklea
Pete brings a diverse background with a solid foundation in retail from his time at Arcadia. Passionate about connecting brands with audiences, he utilises strategic communication to drive growth and impact. Pete’s visionary approach has been instrumental in securing funding for early-stage growth, successfully navigating crowdfunding campaigns and engaging investors to support propelling businesses forward. Pete is dedicated to maximising brand potential and fostering sustainable, long-term growth and innovation.
